I moved to New Jersey in February and
am surrounded by family nearby and in the City.  I am so grateful I can be with my two beautiful grandchildren.​

 I want to thank my Ohio students who were with me over the years who inspired me in my teaching.  I admire their discipline and dedication to their practice.  

You all were so dear to me and will be sadly missed, remaining in my heart always.

And... I am excited to teach new Jersey students soon!  I hope your yoga journey with me
 is meaningful to you and fun, of course!
