About Susan:  She has taught yoga in Troy since 1997 and specializes in women's health needs.  She is certified in two schools of hatha yoga, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) at the 200-Hour Level in the Yoga Alliance, and has an Associates Degree in Mental Health / Mental Retardation.

REGISTRATION 

The size of some classes is limited - FULL PAYMENT RESERVES YOUR SPACE in the 7-class series of your choice, on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Your payment and registration information for a 7-class series are due by the first scheduled class of that series.

ATTENDANCE 

Registering for a full class series (of 6- or 7 weeks) can foster greater self-discipline and commitment to your goals.  

As a student registered for a class series, you give yourself the "me" time to experience the benefits of repeated practice (whether new to yoga or not) while practicing in the company of like-minded individuals. 

 

MAKE-UPS - Classes may be made up ONLY WITHIN THE SESSION YOU ARE REGISTERED.  Discuss with instructor (937-339-1439) if the class you wish to attend as a make-up is being taught during that session, and if space is available.

DROP-INS - $14 per single class.  Discuss with instructor before attending your first class in any series during a session (937-339-1439).

- NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR UNUSED CLASSES - 

For a cancelled class or classes in a 7-week series:  a credit will be given into a future class series, or you may attend as a make-up (see above) in a current or future series.

CLASS SUGGESTIONS 

  • Check with your health care professionals before starting a yoga program.

  • Arrive a few minutes early to your first class to fill out a participation form.  

  • Wear layered clothing for comfortable movement and body temperature.

  • Eat only lightly before class.  A bottle of water is optional.

  • Bring a yoga mat.  A "throw" blanket is recommended if you already have one.
