GENTLE YOGA for Women
for Stress Management and Flexibility

    Susan teaches group classes specializing in women's health and yoga needs.  Currently, classes meet in Troy (see Class Schedule).  


CLASS DESCRIPTION:

  - for new and continuing students of various physical abilitiies,
    body types, and levels of experience 
  - for physically-fit students wanting a gentle yoga approach 
  - slower-paced and non-competitive
  - students participate at their own level of comfort
  - yoga postures are modified for individual needs

    You need to be able to get down onto the floor and back up
    without assistance.
